Before entering real estate, Gregory spent more than 12 years owning and operating Brooklyn’s Delicatessen, building a reputation rooted in honesty, reliability, and exceptional customer care. He later traveled nationwide as a patient advocate for individuals with diabetes, speaking to groups and appearing in national media—including “National Geographic” and multiple health publications—while educating communities on disease management. His background also includes experience in property management and service in several community organizations.
